DISCOVERY
Our OptiMax Consultants meet with you to gain a clear understanding of the unique needs of your company. Armed with this knowledge, we go through a Discovery Phase, wherein we will complete in-depth analysis of market conditions, as it relates to Amazon, in your specific business category. Our Discovery Phase is all about data-gathering.

PLANNING
Using the data derived from the Discovery Phase, our team builds a tailored & comprehensive business plan that addresses the unique needs of your business. Our team utilizes learnings from our deep dives from our meetings with your brand and also the learnings derived from our own Amazon research.

EXECUTION
The Execution Phase is constant and fluid. We aim to follow our previously laid out strategies in the Planning Phase, track progress and analyze results. Based on these results, we pivot the plan accordingly. It is extremely important to become in constant beta-mode when it comes to Amazon. The idea is to create a strong foundation, in order to give us the room to test out new strategies to really stand out in the crowded Amazon marketplace.

OUR STORY
Through the various roles that our founder, Hoa Nguyen, held at Amazon, she always found her way back to doing what she loved most--Vendor Education. Consulting with brands from all different life-cycles and various levels of revenue, she found there was always one constant: vendors were intimated with the constant fluidity and unknown of Amazon, instead of embracing it. After rotating to several different categories and roles, nothing was more fulfilling than working hand-in-hand with brands and educating them on how to best utilize Amazon tools to help grow their brands. Hoa took a leap of faith and founded OptiMax Management--a firm dedicated to working with brands that share the same passion.
